As experienced architectural professionals who are also well-versed in on-site inspection and testing, BPA’s staff remains engaged with building projects from pre-design through post-construction, and are dedicated to seeing the completed building meet each of the Owner’s requirements, to ensure that the building meets or exceeds the performance goals.
Rob Hosken, AIA, BECxP
Principal
Mr. Hosken grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, in a passive solar home that did not require his family to pay for heating on sunny winter days.
Eric Gambal
Director of Residential and Multifamily Services
Mr. Gambal grew up in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region, and holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
Kristen McInstosh
Building Performance Coordinator
Ms. McIntosh grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was introduced to the world of architecture at an early age.

Lily Hosken grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she received an intensive education in creative writing at Pittsburgh School for the Creative and Performing Arts 6-12.
