Our Team

Lily Hosken grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she received an intensive education in creative writing at Pittsburgh School for the Creative and Performing Arts 6-12. Ms. Hosken went on to continue her studies at the Roy H. Park school of Communications at Ithaca College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Writing for Film, TV, and Emerging Media, with a focus in TV and Video Game development, as well as a minor in Animation.

Ms. Hosken completed her college education in Los Angeles, California, where she interned at a game and software development company called Reverge Studios. During her internship at Reverge Studios, Ms. Hosken organized and edited software development documents for the companies’ ongoing projects. She also documented company brainstorming, and compiled her notes along with existing brainstorming into a comprehensive game design document.

Ms. Hosken has been doing work for Building Performance Architecture since 2020. At BPA, Ms. Hosken has created spreadsheets of data from architectural blueprints, assisted with blower door tests on-site, facilitated communication with contractors via e-mail, and wrote and designed webpages for the company website. Currently, Ms. Hosken serves as Building Performance Architecture’s custom web developer, creating and updating webpages that showcase the company’s mission, projects, and staff.
