Building Envelope Design Review Project

The owner of this large project enhanced the effectiveness of building envelope commissioning by authorizing BPA to conduct a thorough review of envelope details. BPA’s “second set of eyes” helped the design team modify details to maintain continuity of water, air, thermal, and vapor barriers. The design review also enabled BPA to have a keener sense of correct detailing during construction field observations.
