The Landing Hotel at Rivers Casino

The Rivers Casino hired BPA to provide building envelope inspection and testing coordination services for the Landing Hotel, a new 7-story, 219-room hotel connected to the Rivers Casino.

Beginning with a thorough review and comments on envelope design details, BPA then observed envelope construction, assisting the Owner and Contractor to troubleshoot issues that arose.

The Owner asked BPA to coordinate the envelope testing process, so BPA developed an envelope testing plan, identifying locations for testing and coordinating the schedule. The Owner has commended BPA for our effective quality control services.
