Building Envelope Testing & Inspections

The building envelope is made up of all parts of a building that separate indoors from outdoors. “Outdoors” usually includes both the air and the ground.

For buildings of all types, we use building envelope testing and inspections to verify installation quality during construction, and to diagnose the causes of problems in existing buildings. We provide a variety of testing procedures, including but not limited to air leakage, water leakage and adhesion testing, that comply with industry standards. Our team members typically use multiple sensory inputs as well as the extended capabilities of testing instruments, to identify issues. We strive to recommend a solution for every problem we identify.
