Building Envelope Design Review

The building envelope is made up of all parts of a building that separate indoors from outdoors; “outdoors” usually includes both the air and the ground.  

Because we are an architecture firm, with staff members adept at building envelope detailing, clients seek us out to provide peer review of architectural documentation, to assure that the design shows continuity of their water barriers, air barriers, thermal barriers, vapor barriers, and other attributes, reducing potential problems during construction, and leading to improved building comfort, durability, and energy efficiency.
