Existing Building Audits

For owners of existing buildings, BPA evaluates issues related to energy use, durability, health and safety, and indoor environmental quality, identifying problems and their causes, and providing recommendations to solve problems and improve building performance.

BPA will also provide financial analysis of improvement recommendations, to help you prioritize which improvements to implement first. BPA provides ASHRAE-compliant energy audits for non-residential buildings, and Building Performance Institute (BPI)-compliant energy audits for residential buildings. BPA’s staff members have AEE Certified Energy Manager credentials, as well as BPI Building Analyst and Multifamily Building Analyst certifications.
